ICC World Cup 2015 team selection - INDIA

ICC World Cup 2015
World Cup is just few days ahead and Indian team selectors have announced their team for the World Cup 2015. Many people are eager to know what will happen after BCCI's meeting on Tuesday for team selection. The meeting of the selection committee was held at Mumbai on January 6, 2015.

Please see below the list of players in for the 2015 World Cup.

Batsmen: Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, Ajinkya Rahane, Virat Kohli, Ambati Rayudu, Suresh Raina

Wicket Keeper: MS Dhoni(captain)

Spinners: R Ashwin, Akshar Patel

All-rounders: Ravindra Jadeja, Stuart Binny

Fast Bowlers: Ishant Sharma, Mohammed Shami, Umesh Yadav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar

Indian Team
Indian team has a very good batting line up with Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma as an opener followed by Virat Kohli, Raina, Rahane, Dhoni. They have a good bowling attack with Jadeja and Ashwin as spin attack and Ishant, U Yaadav and Shami / Bhuvaneshwar as fast bowler. Probability is Dhoni might go with Akshar Patel instead of R Jadeja due to injury. Binny and Rayudu might get a chance to play against Qualifier 4th team on 28th February, Ireland and Zimbabwe depends upon the situation.

Yuvraj Singh, the man of the series rather the Hero of World Cup 2011 was expected in the team due to the recent three centuries in last three matches in the Domestic cricket. He has the ability to turn the game and take India to the victory single-handedly however was not so surprising and did not catch the eye of the selectors. Neither his name is included for the tri series between India-England-Australia from 16th January, 2015.

The Indian team has that ability to beat them all and win the World Cup again. All the best to the team and their victory.

ICC World Cup 2015 includes 14 teams which are divided in to 2 groups. Please find below the list of Teams and Groups.

Moto E launched in India with Android Kitkat (v4.4.2)

1
Motorola is an American telecommunications company providing service across the globe. The company are making cellular phone since 1983. Till date they have launched many products. The recent products launched by the company is Moto X, Moto G in August 2013 and November 2013 respectively. Now they have come up with another new product i.e. Moto E. Both the previous mobiles prices are Rs. 23,999/- (Moto X 16GB) and Rs. 12499/- (Moto G 8GB) which are very expensive for common man, hence Moto E price seems reasonable.

2
Moto E was launched yesterday with one of the top online mega store Flipkart. Flipkart had kept some offers if you buy the mobile on launch day i.e. Wednesday 14th May 2014. The offers include extra 50% off on a mobile case cover and Transcend 8GB external memory card. The offer also included ebooks with rs.1000 free with the purchase of Moto E mobile.

The mobile is having good features as compared to the other Android phone in that particular range. The phone costs around rs.6999/- which works on both 2G and 3G network. It is a dual sim phone, where sim used in the phone is micro-sim. It is Multitouch touch phone with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It's internal memory is of 4GB with 1GB of RAM, also there is an external memory card slot upto 32GB.

The main core feature of the phone is it has Android Kitkat (v4.4.2), Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 chipset and Dual core 1.2 Ghz Cortex A7 processor. There is no intimation about the stand by and talk time life of the battery but it is of 1980 mAh non removable battery and as per Flipkart specifications it gives upto 24 hours of mixed media usage.

3
The connectivity of data can be done through GPRS, EDGE, Wifi, Bluetooth and USB. The phone is Java enabled phone with HTML browser and GPS installed in it. It also has FM radio and it sounds good with Loudspeaker or earphone with 3.5mm jack slot. The Moto E box includes Handset with non removable battery, charger, headset, QSG and warranty card.

Finally a good decision to buy a Moto E XT 10122 phone which are available in two colours Black and White but might come with few more like Turquoise and Lemon. Alike other mobile phones it gives 1 year manufacturer warranty and 6 months warranty for accessories in the box.

Hope Moto E gets more sales that Moto G. Awaiting for your reviews on the Moto E mobile phone, please do post the same as I am planning to buy it.

New Year 2014 Resolution

 Happy New Year 2014
2013 was very imperative year for me; I’ve learned a lot of things from this year. There were many ups and downs in my life this year. Alike other years I too will enjoy this night with full of joy. But what needs to be changed is that I need to plan for my next year. Year 2014, I have to make sure that I should achieve all my targets in life. The targets are not only related to my professional targets but also are related to my personal life too.

Till date, I had not done any planning for my future or the coming year. But from this year, I have planned a lot many things that need to be followed and completed by 2014 year end. I have seen many of my friends who have their resolutions like being fit, early morning exercise, quit smoking, following some diet, drink less or may be quit drinking, Clearing all the remaining debts, do savings and spending time with the family. Most of the vows fail due to lack of planning or lack of will. But this year I am going to stick to my resolutions and follow them as much as possible.

Below is the list of resolution which I am going to follow this year 2014.

Being Positive: This is the most important thing in my life. Like others I too get scared in making some decisions and fall into the thoughts of Negativity. Hence this year I will try to be positive in whatever decision I take, yes off course the good ones and not the bad ones.

Maintain Good Health: This year 2013, I had totally ignored this part and will make sure that I try to lose my weight. The daily schedule should include Jogging, brisk walking, skipping rope exercise and some weight lifting.

Donating: I am planning to help at least one child for education by donating some fund to an Orphanage. Kids in Orphanage do require attention and some money for their studies and daily needs hence I am planning to donate some funds this year.

Being Honest: This is one of the important factors where every human lacks. Though there is always a reason for not being honest but I will try to be honest at my work, with my family and most important to myself.

Family: We are most of the time busy spending 12 to 15 hours of a day, 6 days in a week at work. We do not even think about our family and spend time with them. We do have time for other things but not for our family. We should at least give 20 to 30 days in a year for our family by going out of town or on some tour.

Focus on Work: Another objective to be looked at is work. We need to be more than 100% focused on things where we need to achieve the targets and completing it before deadlines. Try to get as many opportunities you can at work and try to achieve it.

Financial: Apart from the deadlines, families and health we should never forget to accumulate funds for our future. Try to save money for your retirement by investing in insurance companies or equities or mutual funds.

That’s all my friends hope we all stick to the above points and make sure have a healthy and prosperous New Year ahead.

Bye Bye 2013 and a Grand welcome to New Year 2014.
